For the best Islanders gameday experience, skip Manhattan and focus your logistics on Long Island by taking the LIRR directly to the arena and staying in Garden City or Rockville Centre. These nearby towns offer easier arena access and more dining options.

Rideshare and parking
Rideshare: The designated drop-off and pick-up area is located in the Emerald Parking Lot.
Parking: Advance purchase is preferred for all UBS Arena events via ParkWhiz or Ticketmaster (both passes are valid), with pre-paid parking on sale up to the time lots open. However, general paid parking is also available on event days at Emerald Parking (on-site, accessible via Cross Island Parkway Exit 26D). For concerts, prices increase by $5–$10 when purchased at the arena parking lots. Note: parking is not sold on-site in Diamond and Ruby lots.
