Key logistics
| Bag policy | GEODIS Park enforces a clear bag policy. Bags must be CLEAR plastic, vinyl, or PVC and not exceed 12” x 12” x 6”. Non-transparent bags, wallets, and cases must not exceed 4.5” X 6.5”. Bag storage is available on Benton Avenue between Gates B and C for a nominal fee. Exceptions are made for medically necessary items after inspection, and clear diaper bags are permitted. |
|---|---|
| Doors open | For Nashville SC home games, entrances open 1.5 hours prior to kickoff. For other events, gate opening times may vary, and guests are advised to check event-specific 'Know Before You Go' emails. |
| Cashless? | GEODIS Park is a cashless facility. All vendors, concession stands, bars, and retail shops accept card and mobile payment (e.g., Apple Pay, Google Pay) only. |
| Rideshare zone | As of 2026, the designated rideshare drop-off and pick-up zone has been shifted to Craighead Street. Previously, it was located in Fair Park at 2300 Bransford Avenue. |
| Re-entry | Guests may not exit and re-enter GEODIS Park using the same ticket. |
| Transit | WeGo Public Transit offers bus services with routes 52 (Fairgrounds Station) and 77 (Benton Ave & Bransford Ave) stopping within walking distance. On regular season home game days for Nashville SC, rides on routes 52 and 77 are free all day. Route 84 Murfreesboro is available for weekend home games from park-and-rides. Bicycle parking racks are available at Gates C, F, G, North Plaza, Fair Park Dog Park, and the Expo Center. |
Parking
It is highly recommended to purchase parking in advance online, as on-site availability is limited. On-campus parking lots are staffed. Limited ADA parking is available upon request by calling Membership Services at (615) 750-8800. Guests are encouraged to consider alternative transportation such as WeGo buses or rideshare services and to view road closures ahead of time.
Family & accessibility
- Strollers: Strollers and car seats are welcome but are prohibited from all stadium seating sections and concourse areas. They must be checked in at the Guest Service Window located on the North East Concourse behind Section 113, or at the Premium Entry desk for premium ticketholders.
- Family perks: GEODIS Park offers family restrooms at Sections 103, 105, 111, 113, 118, 124, 127 & 134. Baby changing stations are available in nearly all public restrooms. Mamava Flex Lactation Pods are conveniently located near Section 112 (next to the Main Team Store) and behind Sections 125/124 (near Gate F). Sensory Kits are available at the Guest Services Window behind Section 113. For Nashville SC events, children two years old and younger may enter free of charge if they sit on a guardian's lap.
Culture layer
- Signature food: Signature food items include the Nashville Hot Chicken Baked Potato (Global Stage behind Section 131), Latin American fare from Taqueria Zepeda (tacos, nachos, quesadillas, empanadas, yuca fries, fried plantains, banuelos, mango rice pudding), BBQ sandwiches from Central BBQ, and pub grub like burgers and smoked wings from Nashville's Corner Pub. Other novelty items such as The Banger Burger, Churro Fries, and Hot Chicken Loaded Waffle Fries are also available.
- Local tradition: Nashville SC's official supporters' group, The Backline Supporters' Collective, creates an electric and intimidating game day atmosphere in the safe-standing section behind the north goal with drums, chants, flags, and constant singing. A signature pregame tradition is the 'Never Give Up On You' chant, based on Nashville SC's anthem. Fans are encouraged to wear the club's gold and blue colors, creating a 'sea of energy' on matchdays.
