GEODIS Park Guide

MLS · Nashville

Last updated: 3/4/2026

Driving to GEODIS Park is challenging due to limited on-site parking that requires advance online purchase. The simplest plan is to stay in Downtown or SoBro, about three miles north of the stadium, and use the free WeGo bus service on game days. For Nashville SC home matches, rides on routes 52 and 77 are free all day.

Where to stay for GEODIS Park

The SoBro neighborhood, in the heart of Lower Broadway, is recommended for accommodations, offering a home-like feel with hotel convenience. Downtown Nashville is also considered an ideal neighborhood due to its proximity to the stadium and its array of hotels, restaurants, and nightlife.

Wedgewood-Houston (WeHo)

An emerging arts and creative district, WeHo is rapidly gaining popularity with a growing number of restaurants, breweries, and coffee shops. It's an excellent choice for those attending Nashville SC games, as it's home to GEODIS Park.

WeHo is considered a walkable neighborhood and is located just minutes from downtown. Specific bus routes are available, and the 77 (Thompson - Wedgewood) bus connects to Midtown routes.

Parking: It is highly recommended to purchase parking in advance online, as on-site availability is limited. On-campus parking lots are staffed. Limited ADA parking is available upon request by calling Membership Services at (615) 750-8800. Guests are encouraged to consider alternative transportation such as WeGo buses or rideshare services and to view road closures ahead of time.

After the event

While immediate post-game options near GEODIS Park may be limited, Nashville's popular nightlife areas, 'The Gulch' and 'Broadway,' are within two miles and are known for their high concentration of late-night restaurants, hotels, and entertainment options. The Wedgewood-Houston neighborhood itself, where the stadium is located, is described as a 'buzzing art hub' with revitalized historic factories.

The game-day experience

  • Atmosphere area: GEODIS Park is nestled within the historic Nashville Fairgrounds, located in the Wedgewood-Houston neighborhood, approximately three miles south of downtown Nashville.
  • Tailgating: Tailgating is permitted in all paved GEODIS Park lots, directly behind a patron's vehicle, and is subject to stadium rules. Guests must not block parking access or roadways, should use bins/trash receptacles, and can use music devices at a reasonable volume. Tent staking is prohibited, and tents must be broken down before entry. Only gas grills are permitted; charcoal grills are prohibited. Grilling is only allowed in paved lots.
  • Signature food: Signature food items include the Nashville Hot Chicken Baked Potato (Global Stage behind Section 131), Latin American fare from Taqueria Zepeda (tacos, nachos, quesadillas, empanadas, yuca fries, fried plantains, banuelos, mango rice pudding), BBQ sandwiches from Central BBQ, and pub grub like burgers and smoked wings from Nashville's Corner Pub. Other novelty items such as The Banger Burger, Churro Fries, and Hot Chicken Loaded Waffle Fries are also available.
  • Fan tradition: Nashville SC's official supporters' group, The Backline Supporters' Collective, creates an electric and intimidating game day atmosphere in the safe-standing section behind the north goal with drums, chants, flags, and constant singing. A signature pregame tradition is the 'Never Give Up On You' chant, based on Nashville SC's anthem. Fans are encouraged to wear the club's gold and blue colors, creating a 'sea of energy' on matchdays.
  • Pregame institution: Diskin Cider, part of the 'Pints to the Pitch' program, offers drink specials and a weekend match shuttle service to GEODIS Park for fans in their Nashville SC gear with a food or cider purchase. Other nearby establishments participating in the program include Fait La Force Brewing, Lucky's 3 Star Bar, New Heights Brewing, Smokin Thighs, and South Side Kitchen & Pub.
