| Bag policy | Backpacks of any size are prohibited. Bags larger than 12”x12”x6” are prohibited. Bags measuring between 6”x4”x1.5” and 12”x12”x6” (including clear bags and Nashville Locker Room bags) are subject to x-ray screening and visual inspection. Bags smaller than 6”x4”x1.5” may proceed through express screening lanes for visual inspection. Exceptions are made for medical and diaper bags, which are also subject to screening. There is no on-site bag check available. |

Parking
The Nashville Predators have partnered with Metropolis as the official parking provider for Bridgestone Arena. Attendees can purchase parking ahead of time at various Metropolis parking facilities within a short distance, including garages at Fifth + Broadway, Pinnacle at Symphony Place, Nashville Yards, First Baptist Church of Nashville, Fifth Ave of the Arts, and Music City Center. Complimentary parking is also offered at Nissan Stadium with a free, two-way shuttle service to Bridgestone Arena. Accessible parking is available at the Sixth Avenue Garage. The Nashville Public Library garage (151 6th Ave. N) is also a recommended cheaper option for nights and weekends.
Family & accessibility
- Strollers: Strollers are permitted inside Bridgestone Arena but are restricted to concourse areas. They can be checked in and stored at the Guest Services Center (near section 103). Strollers are not permitted to enter the seating area or block any aisleways.
- Family perks: Bridgestone Arena offers several family-friendly amenities, including baby changing tables in all public restrooms. Family restrooms are located on the main concourse outside sections 104, 110, 111, 117, 312, and 322. A dedicated Mother's Lounge, featuring rocking chairs and changing tables, is available on the Club Level near Section 213 and is unlocked for every event. Children 2 years and older typically require a ticket to enter, though child policies may vary for certain events.

- Signature food: Food and beverage options include Puckett's BBQ, Hunt Brothers Pizza, Humphrey's Street Coffee, Christie Cookie Co., hot chicken, burgers, cheesesteaks, grilled cheese, chicken tenders, tacos, walking tacos, and popcorn. Pete and Terry's Tavern, an on-site restaurant, also offers food and craft beer.
