Key logistics

Bag policyToyota Stadium enforces a clear bag policy. Approved bags include clear plastic bags not exceeding 14" x 14" x 6" or a one-gallon clear plastic freezer bag. Small clutches, approximately 5.5" x 8.5", are also permitted. Exceptions are made for medically necessary bags or childcare bags, which must enter through the ADA/VIP Gate on the West Side and are subject to inspection.
Doors openFor FC Dallas regular season matches, gates open 90 minutes prior to the event's start time. For other events, gate opening times may vary, and guests are advised to check the Toyota Stadium's social media or contact Guest Services for the latest information.
Cashless?Toyota Stadium operates as a cashless venue. All purchases for concessions, merchandise, and parking are contactless and accept debit cards, all major credit cards, Apple Pay, and Google Pay.
Re-entryToyota Stadium has a strict no re-entry policy. Once a guest leaves the stadium, re-entry is not permitted, unless an exception is made for safety reasons (e.g., severe weather), medical reasons, or to return a prohibited item to a vehicle.
TransitThere is no direct DART (Dallas Area Rapid Transit) service to Toyota Stadium. However, nearby DART stations are a short taxi or rideshare ride away. Bus lines 2, 346, and 452, and the TRE train line, serve the broader Dallas-Fort Worth area, with connections to the stadium via taxi or rideshare.

Parking

Toyota Stadium offers ample paid parking in the Highlander Green, Corolla Red, and RAV4 White Lots. Reserved parking is available for pass holders in the Tundra Platinum and Camry Gold lots. Toyota Preferred Parking is located in the Corolla Red Lot and is available on a first-come, first-served basis for fans driving Toyota vehicles. The Blue Sienna Lot has limited availability due to ongoing construction. Parking lots typically open three hours prior to kickoff or the start of a sporting event, and all parking payments are cashless.

Family & accessibility

  • Strollers: Strollers are permitted for younger children but must be checked at Guest Services. Guest Services is located in the Northeast building next to the FC Dallas Team Shop, above Section 133.
  • Family perks: Toyota Stadium provides diaper changing stations in all men's, women's, and family restrooms. First Aid stations are available for medical assistance. Guest Services offers general information, lost and found services, ticket issue resolution, and stroller check-in.

  • Signature food: Signature food items at Toyota Stadium for 2026 include the FC Dallas BBQ Bacon Jam & Cheddar Burger, Nashville Hot Honey Chicken Sandwich, Pernil Nachos, Match Day Cookie Melt, and Brisket Cotija Tacos. Other popular options include the Tex Mex Striker Burrito, Premier Lemon Pepper Fried Wings, and a variety of vegetarian and vegan selections.
