Arrival and exit strategy

Transit and approach

The Greater Cleveland Regional Transit Authority (RTA) offers services to Rocket Mortgage FieldHouse from all parts of Cuyahoga County by bus or rapid transit. The RTA Walkway begins at the Tower City Center food court and ends in the lobby of Rocket Mortgage FieldHouse. The Walkway opens three hours prior to an event and remains open for approximately three hours after the event ends, opening four hours prior for Cleveland Cavaliers games.

Rideshare and parking

Rideshare: Designated rideshare pickup and drop-off zones are located at Huron E. & 8th Street, West Huron at Tower City, Ontario Street, Prospect Ave E. & 4th Street, and West Prospect at Tower City. Lyft is Rocket Mortgage FieldHouse's Official Rideshare Partner.

Parking: Rocket Mortgage FieldHouse offers two on-site garages: Gateway East Garage and JACK Cleveland Casino Garage, accommodating 3,300 cars. Guests are encouraged to pre-book parking through online platforms like LAZ Parking or ParkWhiz. The Gateway East Garage has a direct bridge connection to the FieldHouse from Level 3, with event tickets required for bridge entry.
