Key logistics
| Bag policy | For Anaheim Ducks games, all bags and purses must be no larger than 4 in. x 6 in. x 1.5 in. Clear bags must also fit within these dimensions. Backpacks of any size are not permitted. For non-Ducks events, bags and purses can be no larger than 5 in. x 9 in. x 2 in. Medical and diaper bags up to 12 in. x 12 in. x 12 in. are permitted but subject to additional screening. Honda Center does not offer a bag check service. |

| Doors open | Main entrance doors typically open 60-90 minutes prior to event start time. For Ducks games, doors generally open 90 minutes prior to puck drop, with select premium seating amenities and the Brewery X Biergarten outdoor terrace opening two hours prior. |
| Cashless? | Honda Center is a cashless venue. All major credit, debit, and mobile payments are accepted throughout, including parking, merchandise, concessions, box office, and restaurants. Cash-to-card machines are available. |
| Rideshare zone | Rideshare services (Uber, Lyft) and taxis have designated pick-up and drop-off zones at the Anaheim Regional Transportation Intermodal Center (ARTIC) at 2626 E. Katella Avenue. Drivers must access Douglass Road from Katella Ave. |
| Re-entry | Honda Center enforces a “no re-entry” policy for all ticketed events. Once a guest leaves the arena after their ticket has been scanned, they will not be permitted to return using the same ticket. |
| Transit | The Anaheim Regional Transportation Intermodal Center (ARTIC) is located across the street from Honda Center and provides rail (Amtrak, Metrolink), bus (OCTA, Anaheim Resort Transportation), taxi, and other services. |
Parking
Guests are advised to plan ahead and arrive at least 60 minutes early, using the Waze app for navigation. General parking at all onsite lots, including Katella Garage and Cerritos Garage, is included with event tickets. Douglass Road between Katella Avenue and Stanley Cup Way is permanently closed. Guests are encouraged to photograph their parking location.
Family & accessibility
- Strollers: Strollers are generally prohibited, with the exception of guests who have a ticket to a suite. In this case, the stroller must be folded up and carried to the suite.
- Family perks: Family restrooms and nursing rooms are available. Children two years of age and older require a ticket for admittance. The Honda Center + Ducks mobile app offers mobile food and beverage ordering and advance parking purchase for convenience.
Culture layer
- Signature food: The arena offers diverse food options including classic arena fare at The Classics and The Press Box, California Pizza Kitchen, Anaheim Pizza Co., Wild Wings, Slapshot Grill, Hat Trick Hawaiian BBQ, and Blue Line Taqueria. Elevated options are found at the Shock Top Terrace and the Jack Daniel's Old No. 7 Club. The Wine Cellar offers a wide selection of wines.
- Local tradition: The 'Orange County faithful' bring energy and excitement to Anaheim Ducks games. Cowbells are permitted inside the building for hockey games only.
