Just under three miles from Disneyland, Angel Stadium sits in the city’s Platinum Triangle. Getting there is easy via the nearby ARTIC station—which services Amtrak, Metrolink, and a special Angels Express train for games—and most visitors find it simplest to stay in the hotel-packed Anaheim Resort area.

Arrival and exit strategy

Transit and approach

Public transportation options include the Amtrak Pacific Surfliner train and the Metrolink train, both stopping at the nearby Anaheim Regional Transportation Intermodal Center (ARTIC). The Angels Express train also offers service to games.

Rideshare and parking

Rideshare: For pre-game drop-offs, rideshares should enter through Gene Autry Way. The post-game rideshare pick-up zone is located in the parking lot near Gate 1 towards Left Field; look for the red rideshare light pole for reference.

Parking: The parking lot opens 2.5 hours prior to first pitch. Accessible parking is available outside Gates 1-6 and the Home Plate Gate for fans with valid state-issued disability permits. Entrances to the parking lot are located via Douglass Road, State College Boulevard, and Orangewood Avenue. General parking costs $10-$20, and preferred parking is $20 during the regular baseball season.

After the event

Golden Road Brewing Anaheim (open until 10 PM or 11 PM on some nights) and Karl Strauss Brewing Company are popular spots near the stadium for post-game gatherings.

  • Tailgating: Tailgating is permitted only in the 'Big A Lot' and general parking areas (not preferred parking). Alcohol consumption in the parking lot is prohibited. Only approved gas/propane barbecues with fuel-valve turn-offs are allowed; charcoal is not permitted. On-site catering is prohibited. The parking lot opens two and a half hours prior to the start of the game, and early entry for tailgating is not allowed.
  • Signature food: Popular food items at Angel Stadium include the Legends hot dog, Chopped BBQ Brisket Mac & Cheese Bowls, Nashville Tenders, Carne Asada Nachos, and Garlic Fries. The Brewery X Restaurant offers the BX Burger.
