Key logistics

Bag policy	Clear bags no larger than 14" x 14" x 6" are permitted; non-clear bags (including small purses/clutches) must be smaller than 5" x 8" x 1".
Doors open	Typically 60-90 minutes prior to kickoff, subject to event.
Cashless?	PayPal Park is a completely cashless venue.
Rideshare zone	The designated rideshare pickup and drop-off area is located at the intersection of Earthquakes Way and Coleman Avenue.
Re-entry	Re-entry is not permitted.
Transit	The stadium is served by VTA bus lines; Caltrain connections are available via shuttle from Santa Clara Station on match days.

Purchase parking passes in advance online to guarantee a spot, as on-site day-of parking is limited.

Strollers: Strollers are permitted but must be checked at Guest Services as they are not allowed in seating areas.
Family perks: The Epicenter fan zone features interactive games and activities for children.

Signature food: Garlic fries, local food truck rotations in the Epicenter area.
Local tradition: Singing and chanting with the Ultras groups, including the iconic 'Quakes' chant.
