Bag policyOnly clutch purses and/or fanny packs (no larger than 5" x 7"), clear bags (no larger than 12" x 6" x 12"), medical bags, and diaper bags are permitted into Citizens Bank Park. Non-clear bags, backpacks, and draw-string bags are prohibited. Lockers are available for a $10 fee on Citizens Bank Way for prohibited items.
Doors openFor regular season games, the Third Base Gate and Left Field Gate partially open 2 hours prior to first pitch, providing access to areas like Pass & Stow, the New Era Team Store, Ashburn Alley, and The Yard. The remaining gates and the entire ballpark open 90 minutes prior to first pitch.
Cashless?All parking for Phillies games at Citizens Bank Park is cashless, accepting credit/debit cards and mobile payment (Apple Pay and Google Pay).
Rideshare zoneLot T is designated as the Uber RideShare lot for all Citizens Bank Park and Wells Fargo Center events. Fans should exit the Third Base Gate and walk along Pattison Avenue toward Broad Street to enter the lot and request a vehicle. The lot includes an Uber-branded lounge with seating and a charging station. This is the only location for rideshare drop-off and pickup on event days.
Re-entryThere is a no re-entry policy in effect at Citizens Bank Park for all events.
TransitSEPTA's Broad Street Line to NRG Station is the closest public transportation stop, a short walk (about seven minutes) from Citizens Bank Park. Trains run every eight to ten minutes. SEPTA Bus Routes 4 and 17 also serve the stadium area. For those coming from New Jersey, PATCO connects to the Broad Street Line.

Parking

It is recommended to arrive early and park in the first available lot. The S Lot, at the corner of Pattison Avenue and Citizens Bank Way, is often an easy-to-access option. Pre-paying for parking passes on the Phillies website can help expedite entry.

Family & accessibility

  • Strollers: Strollers are permitted at Citizens Bank Park. They must be folded and fit under your seat, or checked at Guest Services. Ushers may also assist in storing them out of the way.
  • Family perks: The Yard offers youngsters a wiffle ball field, foam hotdog targets, and a 30-foot climbing wall. The Phillie Phanatic entertains fans with his playful antics. Children aged two and under do not require a ticket if they sit on an accompanying adult's lap.
