| Doors open | In general, doors open to the public one (1) hour before the printed event time on your ticket. |
| Cashless? | Kia Center primarily operates on a cashless basis, accepting digital wallets, debit, and credit cards. It is prudent to carry a small amount of cash for tipping and for the few vendors that might accept it inside and outside the venue. |
| Rideshare zone | Guests are encouraged to be dropped off and picked up at the corner of Hughey Avenue & Pine Street, just a short walk from the arena. |
| Re-entry | Kia Center has a no re-entry policy. Patrons who leave the venue will not be admitted for re-entry without an unused or unscanned ticket. |
| Transit | Kia Center is accessible via public transportation options such as SunRail and LYMMO, as well as rideshare services like Uber and Lyft. |
Parking
Kia Center offers reserved/pre-paid parking in the ThreatLocker Garage (formerly GEICO Garage) at 400 West South Street, which has a pedestrian bridge connecting to the arena's Terrace Level (Level 3). Reserved/pre-paid parking can be purchased in advance through Ticketmaster.com or the Kia Center Box Office.
