Key logistics

Bag policyBags are not permitted at Kia Center events. Guests are permitted to bring one small clutch that is 4.5" x 6.5" x 1" or less. Medical and parent bags (max. 14" x 14" x 6") are exceptions but will be subject to X-ray at designated locations for entry to Kia Center.
Doors openIn general, doors open to the public one (1) hour before the printed event time on your ticket.
Cashless?Kia Center primarily operates on a cashless basis, accepting digital wallets, debit, and credit cards. It is prudent to carry a small amount of cash for tipping and for the few vendors that might accept it inside and outside the venue.
Rideshare zoneGuests are encouraged to be dropped off and picked up at the corner of Hughey Avenue & Pine Street, just a short walk from the arena.
Re-entryKia Center has a no re-entry policy. Patrons who leave the venue will not be admitted for re-entry without an unused or unscanned ticket.
TransitKia Center is accessible via public transportation options such as SunRail and LYMMO, as well as rideshare services like Uber and Lyft.

Parking

Kia Center offers reserved/pre-paid parking in the ThreatLocker Garage (formerly GEICO Garage) at 400 West South Street, which has a pedestrian bridge connecting to the arena's Terrace Level (Level 3). Reserved/pre-paid parking can be purchased in advance through Ticketmaster.com or the Kia Center Box Office.

Family & accessibility

  • Strollers: Strollers are permitted for events if they are collapsible and can fit under your seat. They may not be left in walkways, gates, or concourses.
  • Family perks: For Orlando Magic events, 'Magic Grams' (birthday/anniversary messages on the video board) and on-court proposals are available for purchase via the Orlando Magic app. Children under 36" tall for Orlando Magic/Predators games or under two (2) years old for other events may be admitted free of charge if they sit on an adult's lap.

Culture layer

  • Signature food: Gringos Locos Tacos, described as a Kia Center staple since 2009, featuring freshly prepared sofritos, salsas, marinades, and queso.
  • Local tradition: For Orlando Magic games, fans can purchase 'Magic Grams' to broadcast birthday/anniversary messages on the video board, and on-court proposals are also offered.
