Parking
Beginning with the 2025 Football Season, all Buffalo Bills controlled parking lots will require an advanced purchase parking pass, excluding Lot 2 ADA and Lot 6 ADA. Day-of-game cash or credit card transactions to purchase parking in Bills lots will not be available. Parking lots open four hours before kickoff, and carpooling is strongly encouraged.
Family & accessibility
- Strollers: Strollers are prohibited inside Highmark Stadium, as there is no storage available, and they pose a safety hazard in aisles, concourses, or seating areas.
- Family perks: Highmark Stadium offers baby changing tables in most men's and women's restrooms, family restrooms, and a designated M&T Family Zone in section 105, which includes enhanced security, specific giveaways, and family-friendly programming (alcohol is permitted in this section). Sensory inclusion bags are also available at Guest Experience booths.
