Key logistics

Bag policySingle-compartment bags (maximum size of 16”x16”x8”) are allowed. This includes purses, clutch purses, single-compartment tote bags, clear bags, drawstring bags, diaper bags, single-compartment soft-sided coolers, and fanny packs. Clear plastic, vinyl, or PVC bags no larger than 12”x6”x12” and small clutches (no more than 9”x5”) are also permitted. Backpacks, multi-compartment laptop bags, duffel bags, or any bags over the size requirement are not allowed. Medical bags are permitted but may be subject to inspection.
Doors openGates open 1 hour before scheduled first pitch for Monday-Thursday evening games, 1.5 hours before for weekday afternoon games, and 2 hours before for Friday-Sunday games.
Cashless?Target Field operates as a cashless facility, accepting all major credit/debit cards, Apple Pay, and Google Pay at concessions, ticketing, and merchandise stands. Reverse ATMs are available within the ballpark for guests to convert cash to a card.
Rideshare zoneThe designated rideshare zone for Target Field is located at the 5th Street and 2nd Avenue North entrance. For post-game pickups, Gate 34 on the north side or the 3rd Avenue ramp area are suggested for less congestion. Kieran's Irish Pub, situated a block away, is also mentioned as an easier drop-off spot due to potentially less traffic.
Re-entryThere is no re-entry at Target Field; guests are not permitted to leave and re-enter the facility once inside.
TransitTarget Field Station is served directly by the METRO Blue Line and METRO Green Line light rail. Additionally, numerous Metro Transit bus routes provide direct access to Target Field and downtown Minneapolis. The Northstar commuter train also serves Target Field Station.

Parking

Preferred game day parking is available in Ramps A & B and the Hawthorne Ramp, with the option to reserve and pay in advance via ParkWhiz. Parking in Ramp B offers direct access to Target Field Plaza. Metered street parking is also an option, though rates increase closer to the stadium.

Family & accessibility

  • Strollers: Strollers will need to be collapsed and left unattended at the bottom of your section.
  • Family perks: Target Field offers family restrooms and baby changing stations throughout. Other amenities include a Sensory Suite, mini-golf in the right field concourse, and a TC's Clubhouse play area. On Sunday home games, kids can run the bases post-game, enjoy Bullseye's Backyard, and receive half-off U.S. Bank Kids Meals. The stadium also features an alcohol-free Family Section (Section 324) and kids giveaways.
