Staying Downtown puts you within walking distance of major sports venues, dining, and nightlife, making it ideal for first-time visitors and those looking to be in the midst of the action.

The Jacksonville Sports Complex, including EverBank Stadium, VyStar Veterans Memorial Arena, and 121 Financial Park, is located in the heart of Downtown Jacksonville. The JTA Gameday Xpress offers round-trip transportation to EverBank Stadium from Downtown locations such as the Kings Avenue Parking Garage and FSCJ Downtown Campus. The Jacksonville Skyway, an elevated monorail system, connects various points in Downtown Jacksonville. Bus routes like 11 and NAVI also serve the EverBank Stadium area.

Riverside & Avondale

San Marco

San Marco is one of the closest neighborhoods to Downtown Jacksonville, with a commute of 5 to 10 minutes to the city center. This proximity makes it convenient to access the JTA Gameday Xpress downtown pick-up locations or use rideshare services to the sports complex.

Springfield

Springfield is a historic neighborhood located north of Downtown Jacksonville, featuring tree-lined streets and charming Victorian houses, with a great location near downtown attractions and parks.

Springfield is just north of the Downtown Core and offers a commute of approximately 30 minutes to the Downtown Core by public transportation. It is also close to EverBank Stadium, with public transit options like the bus and Skyway available from nearby downtown stations.
