| Bag policy | Gillette Stadium enforces a clear bag policy. Permitted bags include clear plastic, vinyl, or PVC bags no larger than 12" x 12" x 6", a one-gallon clear plastic freezer bag (11" x 11"), or a small wristlet or handheld wallet not exceeding 6.5" x 4.5" with or without a handle or strap. All items brought into the stadium are subject to inspection. Backpacks, large handbags, and camera bags are not permitted, and there are no on-site luggage storage facilities for non-compliant bags. |

For Patriots games, Club, Suite, G-P Atrium, Bud Light Celebration Beer Hall, and Optum Field Lounge access begins three (3) hours prior to kickoff, while all other gates open two (2) hours prior to kickoff. For Revolution matches, stadium gates open one (1) hour before kickoff, and Season Member gates open one (1) hour and fifteen (15) minutes before kickoff. For concerts and other stadium events, gate opening times will vary, typically between 90 minutes to 2 hours before the event. |

| Transit | Public transportation to Gillette Stadium is primarily provided by the MBTA Commuter Rail, which offers special event train service for Patriots games, Revolution matches, concerts, and other stadium events from Boston (South Station, Back Bay, Dedham Corporate Center) and Providence. Weekday commuter rail service to Foxboro station is also available. For rideshare services like Uber and Lyft, there is a designated drop-off and pick-up location in Lot 15, adjacent to Bass Pro Shops. Taxi pick-up for concerts and other events is in Lot 5B. |
Parking
Free general parking is available on the opposite side of Route 1. Prepaid parking passes can be purchased for parking on the stadium side of Route 1. Parking lots for Patriots home games and concerts typically open four (4) hours before kickoff or the start of the event.
Family & accessibility
- Strollers: Strollers are generally not permitted inside Gillette Stadium.
- Family perks: Gillette Stadium offers activities for kids, including coloring pages and puzzles. The stadium has also installed adult changing tables in the Main Concourse West First Aid Bathroom (across from Section 132) and the Upper Concourse East First Aid Bathroom (across from Section 310) to assist adults with disabilities.

- Signature food: Some signature food items at Gillette Stadium include hand-breaded fried chicken sandwiches at The Beacon (near Section 140), self-pour draft beer and cocktails available at the Takeaway Tavern (near Section 101) and The Landing Bar, and various BBQ sandwiches (pulled pork, beef brisket).
