Key logistics

Bag policyClear bags that are 12" x 6" x 12" or smaller, one-gallon clear freezer bags (Ziploc or similar), and small clutch bags (4.5" x 6.5" or smaller, with or without a strap) are permitted.

Re-entryRe-entry to Highmark Stadium is prohibited for all guests using the same event ticket. However, re-entry to enclosed club or suite areas is permitted for appropriately ticketed guests who receive a wristband before exiting.
TransitPublic transportation options include the NFTA Metro Bus Game Day Express service. Various local bars and restaurants may also offer private shuttle services. Rideshare services like Uber and Lyft have a designated pickup and drop-off zone located on the western end of the adjacent ECC South Campus.

Parking

Starting with the 2025 season, all Buffalo Bills controlled parking lots, excluding Lot 2 ADA and Lot 6 ADA, will require advanced purchase parking passes. There will be no day-of-game cash or credit card transactions for these lots. Accessible parking in Lot 2 ADA and Lot 6 ADA is on a first-come, first-served basis and payment upon arrival is cashless. Carpooling is strongly encouraged, and fans are advised to add their mobile parking permits to their Apple Wallet or Google Wallet before arriving.

Family & accessibility

  • Strollers: Strollers are prohibited inside Highmark Stadium, and no storage is available for them. They are considered a hazard if left in aisles, concourses, or seating areas.
  • Family perks: Highmark Stadium offers baby changing stations in most men's and women's restrooms, two dedicated Family Restrooms near sections 120 and 124, and 'My 1st Game Certificates' available at Guest Experience Booths. There is an M&T Family Zone in section 105 which provides a family-friendly experience with added security, specific giveaways, and family programming (alcohol is permitted in this section). Additionally, sections 225, 226, and 227 are designated 'Buffalo Bills No Alcohol Corner' sections with a zero-tolerance policy for profanity and alcohol consumption. Sensory inclusive stations are also available at Guest Experience booths.

  • Signature food: Popular food items at Highmark Stadium include Buffalo wings, beef on weck sandwiches, Shout! Chicken Sandwich, Walking Taco, Tim Hortons, Dog House, and La Nova pizza.
  • Local tradition: Local fan traditions are largely centered around the 'Bills Mafia' culture, which includes legendary tailgating with activities such as jumping through tables, drinking shots out of bowling balls, and the iconic 'ketchup and mustard ceremony' involving Pinto Ron. The 'Shout!' song is a prominent part of game day, and Zubaz pants are considered an unofficial fan uniform. Bills fans are also known for their philanthropy and occasionally help shovel snow off the field and bleachers on cold game days.
