Inner Harbor

The Inner Harbor is a popular and centrally located waterfront destination, known for fine dining, cultural attractions, and a lively atmosphere. It is generally considered one of the safest neighborhoods in Baltimore for visitors, with a continuous police presence.

Excellent access to major sports venues. The Baltimore Light Rail has stops at Convention Center and Camden Yards, providing direct access to Oriole Park at Camden Yards and M&T Bank Stadium (via the Hamburg Street station). Various bus lines also serve the area. Shuttle services to M&T Bank Stadium are also available from Inner Harbor hotels. The Charm City Circulator (Purple Route) has several stops along the Inner Harbor.

Mount Vernon

Mount Vernon is a centrally located neighborhood known for its beautiful architecture and vibrant cultural scene, home to many cultural institutions. It is considered a relatively safe area in Baltimore.

Mount Vernon is well-served by public transit. The Light Rail has stops at 'Cultural Center' and 'Mt. Vernon (Centre Street)'. From these stops, you can connect to the stadiums. The Metro Subway also has a 'Lexington Market' stop which is a transfer point for the Light Rail.
