Key logistics

Bag policyAT&T Stadium enforces a Clear Bag Policy. Approved bags include clear plastic, vinyl, or PVC bags that do not exceed 12" x 6" x 12", or a one-gallon clear plastic freezer bag (Ziploc bag or similar). Small clutch bags, approximately the size of a hand and no larger than 4.5" x 6.5", with or without a handle or strap, are also permitted and can be carried separately or within an approved clear plastic bag. All bags are subject to inspection. Backpacks, coolers, and camera bags are prohibited. Exceptions are made for medically necessary items after proper inspection.
Doors openFor Dallas Cowboys games, AT&T Stadium plazas, clubs & suites, and concourses typically open at least two hours prior to kickoff. Stadium entrances generally open later, approximately two to three hours before kickoff, depending on the specific game time. Opening times may be adjusted on an event-by-event basis.
Cashless?AT&T Stadium is a cashless venue. All food, beverage, parking, and retail transactions are cashless. Major credit and debit cards, as well as mobile pay, are accepted throughout the stadium.
Rideshare zoneThe designated rideshare (Uber/Lyft) pickup and drop-off zone for AT&T Stadium is located in Lot 15, off Randol Mill Road and Web Street.
Re-entryRe-entry policy varies by event at AT&T Stadium. For some events, re-entry is permitted if guests exit through a designated EXIT gate, have their event ticket scanned out, and go through the security search process again upon re-entry. Guests who leave without scanning their ticket out will not be readmitted. However, some events may have a strict 'No Re-Entry' policy.
TransitPublic transportation options directly to AT&T Stadium are limited. Rideshare services (Uber/Lyft) have a designated pick-up and drop-off zone in Lot 15 off Randol Mill Road and Web Street. Taxicabs are available at the far west end of Miller Lite®House off of North Collins Street and Cowboys Way for both drop-off and pick-up.

Parking

It is recommended to purchase parking passes prior to arrival at AT&T Stadium to ensure a spot and potentially save money. Parking lots generally open five hours prior to the event. For easier post-event exits, consider parking in outer lots (e.g., Lots 10-15). The official rideshare pickup and drop-off zone is Lot 15, and official RV parking uses Lot 14.

Family & accessibility

  • Strollers: Strollers are permitted at AT&T Stadium as long as their use does not inhibit guest movement or block any aisles. Smaller, umbrella-style strollers can be stored underneath a seat. Larger strollers can be checked at the nearest Guest Services Centers or Concierge desks located on the main concourse or club and suite levels.
  • Family perks: AT&T Stadium offers family restrooms equipped with baby changing stations on all concourses and club and suite levels. For Dallas Cowboys games, a Kids Zone is located in the East Plaza, opening at least two hours prior to kickoff, offering interactive games, inflatables, and more. Free ID bracelets are available at Guest Services Centers to help reunite lost children.
